What is the best NASCAR race you have ever seen and at what track?

being that i am from SOUTH CAROLINA..... any race EVER run at the "lady in black" ....the track they call too tough to tame.....DARLINGTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

if i had to pick one....johnny benson and the 32 tide ride beatin and bangin all the way around the final 4 laps with johnny benson winning by less than a bumper width. i think the final margin was something like .004 of a second or something like that. all i know is that they were leanin on each other and neither one wrecked.

Damn this is a tough question! I've been to races at Michigan, The Brickyard, Bristol, and Talladega. Bristol and Talladega probably had the best racing that I've ever seen in person. At Michigan, the racing is a lot of times mediocre, but I liked those races the most because I got to enjoy those races with my folks.

THE best race was at Michigan when Mark Martin won and afterwards while everyone was in a big panic to get out of the parking fields, my mom and dad grilled us dinner right next to the truck and by the time we finished, there was no more traffic.

I haven't been to as many tracks as some folks out there but I've got to say that Bristol at night (August) was the best race I've ever seen, hands down! I've been to every Brickyard so far, one Cokecola 600 and a Michgan race.

Well my first race I saw in 1960 at Dixie Speedway a 1/4 mile track.The race was won by Ned Jarrett.

Talladega is my favorite today.Fast and controversial.

As for abdulla the moron go play in the traffic.

I went to a cup race at Daytona when i was a lot younger but i dont remember it, but IVe been going to the Busch and Truck races at Darlington and Martinsville. Those two tracks especially Trucks, put on some of the best racing Ive seen. I can't really choose just one of the races because they were that good.

The Bristol night race, it's an amazing sight to see & hear. If I could go to any other track though I'd go to Talladega without a doubt, for the obvious reasons.

I have been to the Poconos Raceway a couple of times. My first race was in Martinsville and I loved it. I have also been to Dega. I want to go to Michigan next year. I also have Hot Passes for the Dega Race in the spring WooooHooooo!!

Dale Earnhardt Jr. , Pepsi 400, Daytona 2001....

It was the first race at Daytona after Sr. died..it was

a great race, and very emotional...I don't think anyone

could have denied Jr. his victory...

Been to Bristol, Texas (about 10 times) and Charlotte. Bristol , was the best for racing, But TEXAS is the best for camping and partying like crazy !!!

Going to Indy and being able to sit in turn 2 with Tony's family and friends. Best part was watching him win and then returning to the turn and stopping, getting out of the car and saying Hi!!! It was great

Michigan was awesome



Our friends go to Talladega every year, and they swear it is the ultimate fan track.



Going to Lowe's and New Hampshire in 2007, can't wait.

it was Brickyard 2005. First I had the honor of meeting Casey Mears, Then my boy Tony won the race and Casey was 6th! This year's brickyard might have toped it had someone else won, because I met Casey and his whole pit crew!!!

2001 Atlanta race where Earnhardt and Labonte finished side by side and nobody knew who won until they announced Earnhardt the winner.
