I am trying to find this out for my mom. She was left this Nascar stuff $6,000 worth when a family member passed away. She has everything i mean different scale Cars totally intact, never opened, Nascar flags, Bobbleheads, action figures, Daytona 500 beanie babies, coasters, tree ornaments, pins, remote control cars, car kit models. etc. everything is in great condition. The cars where never opened or played with. And everything else is in there original packages. She has been on Ebay already and no one has gave a decent offer. so you if you have any ideas please let me know. thanks in advance!

She needs to search for Nascar collectors which the Nascar's different sites or magazines might have a list or message boards.

Posting collectibles on Ebay is like taking them to a flea market. No money.

Find the demand and you will find the money.

I actually check out my 2006 copy of Beckett. I haven't seen a new copy for a while, so thats all I have to work with. You know, I really hate the "Where can I buy ________'s 2010 Gear?" questions. There's one up right now asking about NASCAR stores in Kalamazoo. Seriously? Get a phone book! Getting back to the original question, I typically give the overinflated answers a low rating, but thats just me.

I am interested in the "Model Kits" please contact me directly at hjbergel@yahoo.com about them. I live in Norton,Mass. As for the other items.don't expect to get much more than 50 % of the retail value selling them on the resale market as anybody who buys them there is looking to make a profit on them and will try to buy them as cheaply as possible.I recomend placing a ad in one of the nascar magazines like "Racing Milestones" www.racingmilestones.com or on "Craigslist" www.craigslist.com under collectibiles and indicate that you are not interested is selling to dealers. That way you have a better chance of selling them to a collector who will pay a fair price.

Hold on to the stuff and go to the next race near you and set up a table.

Try www.gomotorbids.com out of Kansas. They buy collections from all over the U. S....it's the ebay of racing, yet they buy collections.
